5. Return & Refund Policy
30-Day Policy: If you are not satisfied with your Sapgif Multitool Pen purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund or exchange.
Conditions: The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
Note: We do not offer refunds on bulk and customized orders.
